@callingyourphone1212 do you think I'm guessing? I'm not, this is a fact. Facial recognition alone is NOT enough for a legal warrant.
-A warrant is placed in front of a judge, who takes the police at their word that the stack of warrants he is signing are all legal. The police either fabricated evidence to get the warrant signed or just slipped it in a stack. How much time do you think judges have? Reading all potential warrants, checking the evidence and deciding whether they are legal? No chance bud, that's not how it works in the real world.
Thanks for the explanation of your ideal justice system, but here in reality, the police are taken at their word, and it's the police who are going to be held liable in his wrongful arrest.
