It is TRAINED on art yes, but numerical weights in the 10-12 gigabytes, what amounts to abstract information ABOUT the art, is what is used - there is no way to compress 240 terabytes, and decompress/analyze/copy bits of it, and still make images within seconds to minutes with today's computational limitations.
