You should explain the AI more, how things work with Unreal Engine. Try use a knowledgebase. That worked for me. You must create this knowledgebase together with your AI. By the time it grows and then AI gets much more useful. Imagine that AI is like an ultra self confident Junior programmer. He has to make it's experiences.
