My employer is asking for these anecdotes too, and so far it's been crickets. I confess I did use it once - I needed to copy/paste the abstract of an article and due to the formatting of the PDF it lost all the spaces between words, and the AI we have did put them back in quicker than me doing it manually... but somehow I think they were hoping for something more impressive than 'it saved me about 90 seconds of typing one time about a year ago in a situation that's unlikely to arise regularly'.
