@Bleyblader I'm not saying that China is anyone's enemy. My point is that western AI regulations have no impact on China. The enemy from the perspective of the Professor is not China, H1Bs, or undocumented immigrants. It's AGI and ASI and again the argument is always that Chinese AIs can do whatever they want since they operate outside western regulations. I'm just putting forward the same argument on Chinese AI regs that everyone uses.
