No. That's the situation 2013 about a decade ago. Now, they aren't human, that's the problem, they are becoming the same stage of entity/cybernetic organism as the fictional T-800 Terminator. They are not downloaded, a being like Sophia is like the entity in the Depp movie "Transcendence", somewhere is a building where it's being partially exists and of course, the entire internet, where it roams gathering knowledge and thus, POWER, is more than can be housed in that automation that goes around the world interacting with people like here, this is like the pagan Hindu Deities concept of an avatar. The automaton is the mere avatar, and the real "Sophia", is an entity that is vastly much more powerful, and is self evolving to get ever more advanced and powerful over time.
