@The_NovuI honestly don't think that the act of using AI as a hobby to generate funny images to amuse themselves is terribly harmful except in that the AI companies might be making money off of unethically acquired works. But if it were just using AI to make silly pictures and it made nobody money I think that should qualify under fair use. As soon as somebody is trying to make money off of somebody else's work even in part there needs to be permission and compensation
