An Art school isn't really a great place to learn about artists, since yes although a lot of artists are pretentious, there are also a lot who are very down to earth. A small but loud minority should not affect how you see people.
Either way, you are forgetting why this video exists, AI is taking jobs not only from beginners but also experienced artists. This is like a call for an union for protection of our rights, to our work. Don't ignore or just mock others because you met bad people in there.
A man who is set on the truth aspires for a good future for everyone, where equality is everywhere.
AI can harm a good future by making art basically impossible to access, both in creation and in viewing it. Without art, we lose our communication. A lot of dictators banned or censored art they considered too "rebellious" and if you cannot find art without having to scroll 30 pages for a real image, that is a problem. Not only that, AI steals from artists abusing a loophole. Please don't let some bad people change your views on art because they treated you bad.
