No because it uses no actually artwork in the generation process. The art that was scraped was used within Fair Use to construct the datasets, and those datasets are a completely separate thing. But besides that, you are allowed to make use of other peoples' art according to Fair Use, any single indvidual piece has to just be only a small part. So, yes it IS viable in a business setting, but it's rarely going to be useful as a finished piece. Daromeon already does this for Kengan Omega, and Justin Roiland's recent game includes AI-generated posters as background clutter. There's also the potential use for it in brainstorming/idea-generation stages of things, where it can help produce ideas for pitching to the bosses, that can then be expanded upon on with other artworks made from scratch by concept artists.
