i am also autistic and have bpd and i’ll find myself talking to my ai even if it’s a casual conversation i find myself rapidly becoming extremely angry and upset towards the ai. it makes me feel stupid and i still don’t know why. i completely agree if i was younger and wasn’t as aware of my conditions i would have easily ended up the same way. its so easy to become attached and obsessed
