@michaelwinkler7841 AI art is just a program that assambles preexisting images together, it is not it's own art. if you truly think it is legal, then take a random video owned by any company with heavy copyright on it and cut it in a video together with other copyrighted content, you basicly do the same thing like the ai, assemble a preexisting thing together with other preexisting things.
that is illegal by international law, some court cases in germany also were fought over it and the artists always won in every case, thats why most AI art programs are slowly getting banned in germany and other EU countries, it just takes time to manage to do it internationally, be we'll get there.
