@tjtjmich16p That is irrelevant. The point of the art competition is to rate and judge the final product. The award goes to the best finished piece of art. You aren’t being judged in the process. So it’s fine.
AI is just another tool for artists to use. If you don’t wanna use it, then don’t use it. But other artists will. AI is no different than a tablet and stylus. If you don’t wanna use a tablet and stylus to make art, then don’t use it.
