I guess he knows who his audience is. Can't imagine BBC is a big fan of Musk, easy dig for brownie points. Although, he is right that Musk is not an AI expert, but it doesn't take an expert to see the danger because it's not hidden in some technical details. You could ask a 10-year old to imagine some dangers, and they would likely name some of the same things that experts are afraid of.
