It's as resource intensive as a 2010 MMO to use. It's only more intensive than that to train, which is a one-time thing. 2020+ MMOs used more resources. Making art on paper using markers, pens and pencils all have their own cost in terms of resources that people invisibilize as well. It's more resource intensive to make art the old fashioned way than it is to prompt 10-100 images in an AI.
