The shitty dash camera betrays how much more visible the pedestrian was out of frame. Obviously dark, but viewable by a driver paying attention. And computer vision LIDAR has perfect night vision. The problem is Uber is a garbage company that made a shitty AI and then hired bottom of the barrel minimum wage "safety" drivers on top of that.
