Hopefully we will see progress in the other areas that you have highlighted sooner rather than later, but in the meantime, I recommend using DuckDuckGo with AI images hidden, using an AI image filter extension, or an adblocker with keyword blocking functionality to significantly reduce the AI in image searches.
