Thats because, like the video said, AI writes code, but sucks at thinking about systems. And junior developers can barely write code and can not yet think about systems. So for senior devs, AI can even be annoying, because after thinking about the requirements and systems all day, you would be happy to just write some damn code and now AI has come to take that privilege away.
