awnser? Uber self driving software. Woman behind the wheel not paying atention. Not that this had enough effect. From the moment the pedestrian came into light. You have about 2 s to respond and brake. (This is the reason myself and so many other people turn our headlights a bit more up and into the distance. So we have the vision needed to drive at this speed.)
