@laurentiuvladutmanea I can tell by your statements that you are guessing, parroting what others are saying, that you have no actual experience with it. Really the discussion should end here. Without trying it you're speaking from ignorance.
AI software isn't replacing artists. It is being used by artists. I don't know anyone who uses AI software to create images for professional purposes (and for their own satisfaction) who isn't already a photographer or a graphic artist.
If what you say were true (AI does learn, is all about learning) then all of AI art would look the same. And it doesn't. Each artist's personality shows through. I know a group of AI artists and I can tell who made which images just by looking at them. Inspiration comes through the artist, not the software. It does show. The software doesn't make the art, the artist does. The same is true with cameras. (Do all photos look the same? Aren't they just picking out lights and shadows?). The same is true with Photoshop and the same is true with every art tools. Everything I ever learned in drawing classes, in life drawing classes, in painting classes, in composition in photography, in post-processing: color balance/correction, contrast, and most especially compositing I use in AI image making. A typical image takes me minimum 45 minutes but most take two to three hours. (In many cases longer than that if you count that I work from my own photos, a method which was entirely overlooked in the video.) Some I can't complete in one day. So when someone tells you you can type in words, click on a button and you're done, they haven't used the programs. It takes many, many iterations to tease out elements and pieces that you, the artist, find interesting. You collect those elements and combine them, balance them, revise them, repaint them by hand when needed. You have find the composition. You have to have an eye for texture to make sure all the elements fit together. Your Photoshop skills have to be sharp. Otherwise you’ll end up with rubbish.
Don't take my word for it. There are plenty of free sites out there. Go type in a sentence, click the button and see what you get. See how useful it is. Perhaps you're afraid you might actually find it useful as an artist's tool.
