​@AttenuatedNecronym I am sorry if I came off as rude earlier. I just found that (In my personal opinion), after reviewing the video, that I don't agree with it. I make art too and I understand why people dislike it. I was just venting my frustration back there with people like your self, not bothering to read the papers behind the subject, and just dumping down everything you see. It's like when Chess Bots came out in 1996. People were appalled as "Chess is a human sport". Now chess bots are used all the time.  Human brains work the same as AI. If you still do not believe me, I will give you first hand experience when I draw my OC's.  When I draw, right, I would imagine, in my head, a work that I really loved. (I used this when making OC's for playing cards). In that case I imagined this really good, Wheel of time fan-art. I imagined it in my head, and then imagined that style on my OC and drew it. It turned out amazing. Did I steal the persons art-work because I drew inspiration from it? No! Now Art Bots are getting yelled at for looking at artworks but on a much grander scale. People are so mad at AI art bots, but not at stuff like ChatGPT, that do the same thing but with text! Look, I respect the person who made the video, and I respect their opinions. I just find it really cruel to want to destroy something people spent 1000s of hours working on and perfecting, just because you don't like the thought of bots admiring your work. I would personally feel honoured if one of my art pieces that I spent 100s of hours on ended up being used as training data. If you don't like it, then don't ruin the experience for other people. You wouldn't blow up a pride parade just because you aren't gay. Leave AI bots alone! (Sorry, I ranted a bit there. But if you read it through, I think you understand that although I respect the artist, but I don't approve of their essentially "Bombing" of people who just want to use AI generators.) I do agree with her on one point though. I HATE AI "Artists" who say they make the work themselves when they just get a bot to do it for them. Talk about lazy! Anyway, that's my rant over. Dont reply or I will have to start linking papers to support my argument! 😁
