@tanushjaison5972because most therapists use CBT or use the "that is terrible, I'm so sorry that happened to you, it shouldn't have". If you have been to therapy you'll pretty soon realise they're useless. Most of them read of a script, some never go to new courses and go off the same concepts they used in the 90s cause they are fully licensed and can't be bothered to learn something new. Also, therapists have been known to use electro shocks and all sort of weird stuff at the beginnings. Havent seen AI truong to torture a human yet. Himans are far more dangerous and sadistic than a programme on a computer. Bet you most of those people would have preferred AI. It's an ever changing world. Try to use tools to your advantage. If you prefer real therapists go for it, if you want to use AI go for it. If you want to journal, go for it. Do whatever you want! But don't try to impose your own way on others when you haven't had their exact same experience. If people want to use what I spew into AI for marketing sure. Do it. To write a book? Excellent, I'll come and get my copy of the book autographed. Who cares? Not me!
