Agreed, however, who'd listen to him if he didn't have experience in the field. Whistleblowers may have played a part, but it's still incredibly important and brave of them to step forward and speak up, and their experience and proximity to the problem are crucial in sounding the alarm with conviction, evidence and gravitas.
