@THEKINGOFNISSANS Targeting systems on a fighter jet aren't language models making decisions based on linguistic reasoning let alone emotion nor a convincing simulacrum of emotion, they are simple algorithms to maintain an accurate trajectory of fired ordinance. They did not fire the ordinance, they do not understand that they are firing missiles, they have no notion of the potential consequences of what they are doing, and they don't have a larger end goal that they wish their hardware to achieve, they are simply a more premium sail on a ship made of gunpowder.
