I equate AI to having an intern work with you. They can do simple tasks, but often require close supervision and a lot of teaching. But having an intern, at least at the start of their employment, often costs more time than you save. And AI is always in that phase of trying to "teach" it. Trust AI as much as you trust the intern. Only thing i have ever seen AI good for is creating RegEx. RegEx isn't a skill developed much, but the output is easily explainable and verifiable.
