@ForOne814 True in producing your own artwork. Example, you can make a piece in the style of Van Gogh and its legally fine. In the context for what we are discussing, AI ripping off artists work, not just the style, the work itself and using it, its still unethical. My original point was that all of the individual pieces that make up the whole stolen artpiece are clearly definable in their origin, which isnt the AI's mind, and that is plagerism. I should have been more clear about that.
