Déjà y'a un truc qui me dérange à chaque fois c'est l'usage du singulier.
Les IA.
Mais utiliser l'IA au singulier c'est mieux ça fait plus peur.
Ensuite...bha j'ai pas pu aller plus loin que la partie recrutement car j'avais déjà les oreilles qui saignent.
Il aurait fallu faire une émission juste sur le sujet et là ça aurait été intéressant.
Ici on oublie de parler de l'expérience faite par amazon en 2014 abandonnée en 2017, puis celle récente du pole emploi allemand, là aussi abandonnée.
On oublie de parler des biais, que comme tu le souligne les IA ne pensent pas et ne comprennent pas. Elles reproduisent les schéma contenues dans les données fournies, observées.
