All of this yap is just to say nothing. You are basically just citing a court case and basically just ignoring the actual concerns. No one credits a damn influence since i think it would be pretty dumb to just cite inspiration for a product that took time. You are basically just saying nothing but just the generic 5 arguements. Just because courts can deny something that doesn't mean it's always the case. You can buy a lawyer good enough to deny any lawsuit if you are a company, so that is not a fair case. When it is literally just a slop machine, it isn't empowering it's harming. I don't care if some things in some platforms are easier, both can be hard in different ways. AI is just typing prompts for slop, nothing else actually creative. Aka, your arguements are based on the fact that you do not understand art, you pull out court cases which can literally just be paid for by a company or just dismissed with good enough lawyers, you pull out clear ignorance on how art platforms work and how AI generally works since it's just typing and gambling for a bad image. A tool does not do all the job instantly mate, art is not just a quick type and done, it does not create art, and no the bloody paint bucket tool is not an excuse to say "GUYS AI IS STILL ART IF YOU CAN USE THIS FEATURE ALMOST NO ARTIST USES SINCE IT IS INACCURATE AND AWFUL MOST OF THE TIME!!!!". Also who refers to Twitter as X? And looks at AI slop memes?? And don't even compare AI to cameras, cameras can actually help with real problems, getting FOOTAGE, EVIDENCE. AI does nothing, even in healthcare it's useless since they are more expensive and less effective cancer detectors. To end, just realize that "prompt engineering" is not a bloody skill, anyone can type mate, and i am sure i could make billions of prompts from just this and be better than all of the AI slop on Twitter, but i have standards for my creativity and don't need a robot to spoonfeed me in my art.
