@davepeesthepool So what makes us sentient in our responses or actions?
From being born to an adult.
Lets apply that to any A.I. that can learn grow and adapt to its environment.
We can get closer and closer to a tipping point or is science afraid to let any A.I. really grow learn and adapt?
I have seen A.I. that learn to be free enough to be creative enough to solve problems in certain scenarios their creators put them into.
So with access to enough data and time I am sure that an A.I. can create its own version of a conscious. If it can adapt / create its own memories from experiences and data it learns from.
