@ol2510 ai is not a problem unless you hide the fact it's ai. You enforce the same as copyright. Platform take video down, ban accounts, or user needs to specify it's ai. Once the tags are there, it's easy to detect with imaging tech. Like counterfeit, it will forever be a cat and mouse game. And there will be business opportunities to do all this like anti-virus/password managing companies.
