They didnt know it was bias. The bias is very well hidden and subtle, not something that is obvious to us
They use info from the internet and didnt know it was biased
Of course you cant change the information because youd just introduce more bias
The ai has to be coded so that it understands whether it’s decision is logical or is being affected by ethnicity
