Wouldn't that depend on the function of the AI? If they manage a building want harm, you'd think stuff like climate control, cleaning, general maintenance being messed with.
A military AI or AI controlling energy is obvious. I live in the netherlands so an AI controlling the warerworks is a scary thought. I would expect something along these lines than something as clumsy as killer robots.
