Ooooohhhh stop it! Stop being so overly judgemental. Be honest here: Did your mom talked with you 24 hours a day until you became an adult? I can answer that for you... NO. Curiousity got the best of him once the chat bot started responding like a human... He got carried away... And the rest is history. Would he be here today without the chat bot? Most likely yes.
