Nicely done, it's about her being wrong or right, it's about tf can you do? And since you have so many pics online, it just takes few hours to get lot of pics and get a deepfake video with the help of a AI trained on those pics, basically you can protect yourself, by not giving so many pics to them by HAND.
and to explain it easily, it's similar to a girl doing IT and keeping a picture of such celeb or influencer of some table on the side.
To law, technically the point 1 and 2 (you mentioned) are interconnected resulting in a totally different view in front of law (court, judiciary).
like they don't need your consent to keep your just pic in the video as you weren't involve in it (easily had no penetration, hence no need for bodily consent). and then point one it's satire, because again it's not her n@k*d body but just the head, basically she was not involved in doing it and it's not HER nudes, someone else's so she can't do anything either .
