I have a question
I am anti AI. But I have ADHD, my brain is a mess sometimes. Like I sit and have an idea for an art, but my thoughts are all over the place. So I tried to use ai to see what it would do. And it kinda helped me get my ideas together. I didn't use any of the generated pictures as reference. I just looked at them and came up with something on my own. In my case ai just was a tool for mental regulation.
