I’m all for it. BUT I’d like to know who is held responsible when the 99% accuracy fails and the 1% sneaks through and the AI makes a mistake. The old way, we had a suit against the reading radiologist. Who would we sue with an AI doctor? The manufacturer? The hospital that implemented it?
