19:29 Wasabiato made a great point on this: Functionally, AI generation is identical to commissioning a real artist, except you commission the AI instead of a person. It would be dishonest to claim that you made an art piece using the "medium" of commisioning. It isn't replacing the medium, it's replacing the artist.
