There is no lack of work and goodness. If you add a fee based on the full market price change when buying and selling something percieved to surely generate profit and switch the direction of the fee when the price change switch direction, then the total price change on each total market will be 0 by average while keeping the market forces wholesome. The inflation will eat up the cumulative speculation bubble in 30 years and noone will buy to speculate on the bubble anymore only normal speculation based on sound needs. The total price change will be known still the market will thrive with people speculating on needs not bubbles.
