For example.. when you forget ur password..you call up a helpdesk to ask them to reset it. They verify your details and then tell you to collect a sealed envelope with the resetted password..
This probably happens in the hundreds a month in a large organisation..
AI can take over and automated this and the person answering the call and doing the password reset will see his jobs in danger
