Here's the problem with investing into AI... The humans running the world currently are a bunch of evil, greedy bureaucrats who want to control the world in its entirety. What makes investing in AI dangerous is that these evil greedy bureaucrats are the ones designing and teaching these AI about the world. AI will see these evil humans and realize that humanity is a disease and will attempt to eradicate all of us to quell the disease. Humanity as a whole are corrupted and selfish deep down. AI will see this and act accordingly
