in my opinion people like him underestimate how illogical mess is something normal in a lot of big non-tech company - also underestimate how some people in company will portect their positions if AI will try to destroy their status (they alyways can tell "we have to complicated processes for AI (to big mess) - we need human supervision to prevent major fckup").
Not all business is tech business, not all business related people are entrepreneurs!
Of course almost all non-government institutions focus on capital gains - but also AI must be bulletproof to take the wheel and it will take more then 5 yeas to do this :P
