24:04 talking about it, it's logical as long as u think of people as "alive" beings, meaning u believe in soul, otherwise what we call a feeling is the same as robots have. We just built different, but we are the same mechanism called body and we function the same way u make robots function. The difference is in the material, but the way human brain works is prob possible to call "a base of algorithms". U especially realize it when u, for example, try to numb the pain or anything and it works, u don't feel it the same way robot won't, until u make it's "brain" detect it as whatever we are talking about: emotions, pain, ect.
