What many companies don’t understand is long term success. They are always chasing the shiniest new thing or easily cutting back on payroll instead of actually investing in people. Instead of laying off SDs for short term cash flow, they should be trying to see how AI can make their existing workforce happier and therefore more productive, which will increase profits overtime. Try investing in the actual people in your business instead of constantly looking for ways to replace them and you’ll be the company making money and more importantly have the best talent in your team.
