Too much artificial intelligence could lead to people progressively getting dumber and dumber and could almost turn out to be a scenario like in Wall-e, where no one has anything to worry about except maybe what to eat. The only smart people are the ones who build the AI's, however, it could come to a point where AI's build AI's and then many things could go wrong, but we would be too dumb to realize them.
