AI or not. SNAP has big issues. I am a recovering drug addict. Throughout my 15 year addiction i always had a network of at least 100 people that were willing to buy and sell foodstamps 50 cents on the dollar for drugs. I am willing to bet thats how it is for most people on SNAP
