What this lunatic claiming to be an artist is trying to argue is that his feeding of prompts and various details into an A.I to refine an image to his liking, is akin to taking a pencil to paper, stylus to screen, or brush to canvas, and that's false in every sense imaginable. You're not any more an artist because you can feed a prompt into a machine and have it spit out an image than you are rich simply because you claim to be yourself. To be an artist is to create art with your own hands. Machines are incapable of creating art, only images; There is a difference, and if you cannot see that, then you simply don't understand what art is, or what art means.
