From the godfather of AI - In hindsight "I wish i had spent more time with my wife... and my children when they were little." Thats beautiful and such a human emotion. I doubt that AI would ever experience this human emotion or if AI would ever be able to meditate or experience feelings such as love or deja vu for example. I dont think it was addressed but it would be my guess that Geoffrey Hinton doesn't believe in God. It is my belief that "They" don't want us to know our true power and want us to believe that we are insignificant and easily replaceable by AI and robots. "They" don't want us learning our true power and why we only use about 20% of our brains capacity or why there are global programmes of inculcation from birth, because when we do learn, we take back the control.
