One trick I have to cope with AI is to have various ways to earn a living. For me it was originally (1) coding, (2) carpentry, (3) creative writing. The rule is always to have at least 3, if one becomes obsolete due to technology, it has to be replaced with something new. Also notice how all three are vastly different from each other, that's important. In my case, I replaced creative writing with agriculture.
Never, never, never depend on only one thing to provide you a living. If say writing or drawing or translating is the one and only thing you're want to do for the rest of your life for a living, sorry to say you need to find other things as well otherwise you'll be a one trick pony.
