I’m an AI consultant, every CEO I work with asks me how they can reduce headcount by 30% or more. One, asked my the past to reducing staff by 90%. He already reduced his development team from 10 to 2, the result? 30% more productivity with 80% less people. This guy is clueless, how did he get this interview? These displacements are happening, it’s slow because enterprise is still trying to figure out a clear path to implementation. WHEN they do, there will be MASSIVE layoffs. Get ready folks, this is our new reality.
