I've been saying this exact thing (but less eloquently expressed) every time I come across the "AI art is bad because look at the hands lol" argument. Obviously it's only going to improve quality-wise, that's not an argument.
The real dystopian problem is the isolationism the human mind will be driven to when people start getting used to assuming that the "art" and entertainment they consume doesn't come from a human, it's just from a program trying to appease them while having no thoughts, expressions or beliefs of its own. When we no longer have to grow by engaging with the genuine human perspectives of other people.
