When I was a kid, I worked retail and restaurant jobs. Then I got my degree, learned some skills and started doing web design and SEO (I have actually used AI for this since 2020). Since 2015 I learned how to invest in real estate and now I'm a landlord; Neo-Feudalism for me! I have always considered myself a Crusader who helped gentrify bad neighborhoods. Even if other people are on UBI, they still need to pay me rent like I'm a noble.
